Management & staff training

Management and staff training

If you care about your business's success and culture, few things matter more than managers who combine real soft skills with a working knowledge of the rules that govern the workplace. Labour Law Sherpa provides management and staff training that does both.

Management training

If you care about the success and culture of your business, very few things are more important than having managers with soft-skills training, as well as a working knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern the workplace.

2

How I will help?

I offer training for various levels of managers — from soft skills, to management training, to disciplinary-hearing training — and I also make up custom training modules based on your business needs. I also train your staff on the acts of government that govern work rules, leave, sick leave, bonuses and more.

3

Why it matters?

The more your staff are aware of the rules, the less likely they are to spread rumours around your business and negatively affect your culture. The better trained your managers are, the less likely they are to create unnecessary unhappiness or cause grievances.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you train both managers and general staff?

Yes. Managers get leadership and labour-law training; staff get grounding in the legislation governing their day-to-day rights and obligations.
