How will this project work?
Labour Law Sherpa can provide this service to you on an adhoc basis, where will bill your organisation for the services using our usual fees structure.

We also offer the possibility of structuring Project based fixed term agreements which are very popular. We will pair your business up with a trained professional. We will formulate a salary structure that aligns with your business budget. You will employ this person for your project and they will set-up your infrastructure.

Labour Law Sherpa simply acts as a middle man to pair you up with someone we have worked with who is proficient in this field.
Labour Law Sherpa only receives a finder fee for the project from the Project lead, but they are your employee for the project.
