My name is Francois Beya, I am an experienced labour law specialist with 20 years of experience in Labour law. The first 6 years of my Labour Law career were spent at Discovery Health as an Employee Relations Manager where I honed my skills in individual Labour Law.

I spent the next 3 years serving as the region Industrial Relations specialist for the Retail Motor Industry organisation dealing with collective labour law, unions and collective bargaining for Johannesburg, vereening, Sasolburg and surrounding areas.

My next 11 years I served as the National Employee Relations Manager for

Grandmark International.

I have chaired of 800 disciplinary inquiries, inumerable incapacity inquiries, concilliated and arbitrated over 100 matters accross the CCMA and the Motor Industry's dispute resolution centre (DRC)
